Using Zoom “Appointments” to Schedule Virtual Office Hours in D2L

As of January 2024, instructors can create a global appointment schedule for all courses.

Current Limitations:

• Legacy schedules that were previously scoped to a course cannot be updated to be global schedules
• Editing a global schedule from one course will have its changes applied to all courses
• Removing a global schedule from one course will remove it from all courses
• You may not be able to tell easily which course the student is enrolled in when they book a time to meet with you
