Connection and Audio Troubleshooting Guide

Please use the following two resources to help troubleshoot connection and audio issues you may be having before contacting IT Support:

IT Support Centre

  • Mon – Fri 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Sat – Sun 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
The IT Support Centre offers extended hours during the first three weeks of the Fall and Winter terms from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Limited after hours support is available for system outages, accounts, and password resets by leaving a voice message at 403.220.5555. Messages that are not responded to by after hours support personnel will be attended to when the IT Support Centre reopens.
